How would I describe myself?
A communicative organizer, teacher with a sense of humour, emphatic and positive person who likes life (with hope I could contribute to make it better). There is something that drives me forward and that makes me create new ideas, plans and visions. But what is even more important for me is to transform them into reality. It is an amazing process… It is like a new-born baby, a miracle.
Why do I love my job?
I love working with students, sharing ideas with young people, interacting with new acquaintances and new cultures. It helps me see the world through their eyes. It brings me a lot of new fresh energy and positive thinking. Opening the door to new cultures means opening my mind.
Why presentation skills?
We all know a lot of things but sometimes have problems expressing them the way we feel them. It is not only the idea or knowledge but the way how we present it to be able to communicate with each other.

I treat animals as humans. In return, they treat me as if I was an animal. I am about to build my dream little wooden house burried in a wild garden. I want to write a book of the process of making it happen.

I am always amazed by the process in which we all, living beings, open our own potential and make a few steps forwards. I always treat my students as partners – we mutually learn from each other.
Why Presenation skills?
I´ve cooperated with a lot of junior project teams who had fantastic ideas of useful contribution to the commmunity but could not find any support. How would I describe myself?
Philosophy is not just my major – it is the way of life. And I can answer the question – what is the real meaning of life to anyone who asks it. I even can prove that refrigerator is not what it seems to be. That is why I have some communication issues with priests, my parents and my wife.
As a specialist in intercultural mediation I see different people as a source of infinite information that can enrich my inner world and the world that surrounds us.
Why I love my job?

You can be shy introvert who suffers from a stage fear (like me) but if you manage to learn specific presentation skills and techniques – everything will be possible. It is more like American dream – it does not matter if you do not have the money – the most important is the IDEA and how you present it to others.

How would I describe myself?
Life keeps bringing a number of surprises and challenges and tries to test me how flexible I am. When I was a kid and was asked what I would want to be when I grew up, whether a teacher, like my mom, my response was a serious NO! But it seems the proverb NEVER SAY NEVER applies to me too. I became involved in work for Department of Marketing and Trade from the very beginning of my university studies and it ended so that after my master degree I continued with my doctor degree and started teaching. The very same year I have also begun working for Czech Radio (public radio service), both in production and for the management. It keeps me busy and brings a lot of inspiration and satisfaction. Beside work I also like sports, most of all the ones that include water.
Why I love my job?
It is not the teaching itself that makes me love the job, but the feedback from my students that still keep in touch with me even years after I had taught them. It is the feeling that my initial investment brings a good fruit.
Why Presentation skills?
I believe that even people who were not born gifted speakers can still learn a lot and become more confident and efficient in communication when they work on it. We know the example of Demosthenes who overcame his speech impediments and became a great orator. I feel can learn a lot myself and I am glad if I can share what I have learned so far with those who are interested.

How would I describe myself?
Being a university teacher in law and political sciences is my profession and passion at the same time. There are always two sides of a medal and life is about giving and taking. I am always curious about new things and I am eager to develop myself further. Life offers so many opportunities – we only have to be aware of them and take them. Nothing is worse than missing your chance. Therefore, I try to keep my eyes open and to take the chances that my life offers. And it makes me happy when I can offer something to others and encourage them to take their chances.
Why I love my job?
As a teacher you cannot stay passive. You are learning and teaching at the same time. Each day you learn from life and from your students and colleagues, you collect new knowledge and experience, and you teach your students some important things for their life. Being a teacher abroad you are not only different, you can make a difference. Showing your students serious interest, curiosity and new perspectives widens their horizon and sometimes even changes their lives.
Why Presentation skills?
I am a social person. However, there is no social life without communicating. And communicating is always a form of presenting ourselves, our thoughts and our ideas to others. But finding the right way of communicating and presenting is often not so easy. We are often confronted with new tasks, settings and challenges. To cope with them you need to develop your skills and feel comfortable using them. Practical experience is the best way to be comfortable with what you are doing. And therefore, I would like to let others profit from the experiences I made so far and vice versa.
